These terms govern your use of the Puckett Exteriors website and our exterior cleaning services. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to the following.
Services
Puckett Exteriors provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, window cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and rust stain removal. All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.
Scheduling & Estimates
Requesting a quote through our website does not guarantee a scheduled appointment until confirmed by our team. We will contact you to review pricing, scope, and availability before any work begins.
Property Access & Preparation
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the areas to be cleaned and for securing pets, vehicles, and personal items. Please inform us of any fragile surfaces or special considerations before service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will clearly communicate accepted payment methods at the time of scheduling.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.
